Contact may even be coordinated via online intranets or you may decide that it is more efficient and effective for our office to have access to your office computer with software such as LogMeIn or Symantec’s PC Anywhere.

How is Payment to a VA Submitted?

Invoices are submitted that include payment terms as previously agreed upon with each client. Payments may be made with checks or money orders sent by mail. PayPal may also be used if you prefer to handle payment via bank draft or credit card.

A deposit toward the first project is required for new clients. Retainer programs may also be chosen where payment is made in advance toward a budgeted amount of hours in a given month for services provided in that time period.
