How is Time Tracked and Invoiced?

Time is tracked in 15 minute increments on an electronic timesheet and submitted on a pre-arranged schedule.

Invoices are submitted at the end of a specific project or at a specified time period, as follows: weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.

Hourly Rate

An hourly rate is available for ongoing assignments based upon the services required.

Project Rate

Our project rate is designed specifically for customized or one-time-only tasks. This type of rate will be quoted upon request and customized to meet the individual’s need. Details of the project will be needed to provide an accurate quote.

If you are a new client, a 50% deposit is due on commencement of the work. The final balance is due upon completion.

Retainer Rate

We are pleased to offer a retainer rate for clients who require a set amount of hours per month. This option allows a client to receive a discount on our services based upon the number of hours they purchase on a recurring basis.

Rollover of allotted work time is possible if done infrequently.

NOTE: This arrangement will need to be made in advance and is not a last-day-of-the-month option. We plan our work according to the needs of our clients and expect that they would reciprocate.

We do realize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise — these will be handled on a case-by-case basis as it would in any standard partnership.
