Appointment Reminders cut down on lost revenue

This is one of the best opportunities for service professionals to keep their appointments filled and reduce the rate of no-shows.

Encourage your clients to sign-up for your text message appointment reminder service.  You schedule a reminder for them the day before their appointment and provide an opportunity for them to confirm (via reply text) or re-schedule by calling your office.

If they have to re-schedule, you may now go to your waiting list of clients to fill that appointment before that revenue is lost.  And you can contact your waiting list using text messaging.
