Let’s use a bakery as a case study. It’s 3:00pm and they’re having a slow day. They want to sell as much of their product as possible before it has to be thrown out at the end of the day.
So they send a text message to the customers on their opt-in list offering a discount/special to the first 25 customers that respond to the message (or walk in the bakery, etc.).
